To cancel, simply contact our support team or use the cancellation option on our website.

If the cancellation is made less than 1 hour before pickup, a small service charge may apply.

💸 Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We offer refunds in the following cases:

Damaged or missing items.

Service not delivered as promised.

Cancellations made in time as per the policy.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We provide free pickup and delivery for eligible service zones.

Standard turnaround time is:

• 24–48 hours for Wash & Fold

• 3–4 days for Dry Cleaning, Bedding, and Leather items

• Express service is available on request at additional cost.
