By placing an order with Washora (“we”, “us”, “our”), the customer (“you”, “your”) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, quality service, and fair expectations for both parties.
1. Scope of Services
Washora provides professional laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, and garment care services. Services are performed using industry-standard processes suited for everyday and premium garments.
While we take utmost care, all services are carried out at the customer’s discretion and risk, subject to the limitations described below.
2. Garment Care & Liability
We follow care labels and standard fabric-appropriate processes wherever labels are available.
In cases where care labels are missing, faded, or inaccurate, cleaning will be done using best professional judgment, without liability for adverse outcomes.
Washora is not responsible for:
Colour bleeding, shrinkage, fabric weakening, or texture changes due to inherent fabric properties
Damage arising from poor fabric quality, ageing, prior wear, or manufacturing defects
Embellishments (buttons, sequins, beads, zippers, hooks) that may weaken during cleaning
Any special instructions must be clearly communicated at the time of order placement.
3. Inspection & Claims
Customers must inspect garments at the time of delivery.
Any concerns or claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs.
Claims raised after 24 hours will not be entertained.
In case of an accepted claim, Washora’s liability (if any) shall be limited to a maximum of 5 times the service charge of the affected garment, not exceeding its depreciated value.
Washora does not cover emotional value, brand value, or replacement at MRP.
4. Lost or Misplaced Items
In the rare event of a lost garment, Washora’s maximum compensation shall be limited to 5 times the service charge of the item, subject to proof of ownership.
Washora is not responsible for items left inside pockets (cash, jewellery, documents, electronics).
5. Turnaround Time & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to weather, operational constraints, public holidays, or high demand.
Same-day or express services, where offered, are subject to availability and confirmation.
Washora will communicate delays proactively where possible.
6. Pricing & Payments
Prices are calculated based on service type, garment category, and quantity.
Final billing may vary slightly after physical inspection.
Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Washora reserves the right to revise prices without prior notice.
7. Unclaimed Garments
Garments not collected or accepted for delivery within 30 days of service completion may be disposed of at Washora’s discretion.
No refunds or claims shall be entertained for unclaimed items beyond this period.
8. Cancellations
Orders once picked up cannot be cancelled.
If a pickup is cancelled after confirmation, a logistics fee may apply.
9. Hygiene & Safety
Washora reserves the right to refuse service for garments that pose hygiene, health, or safety risks (biohazards, excessive contamination, pests).
Such garments may be returned unprocessed.
10. Customer Conduct
Washora maintains a respectful working environment. Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward staff may result in service refusal without liability.
11. Force Majeure
Washora shall not be held liable for failure or delay in service due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or infrastructure failures.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
13. Acceptance
Placing an order with Washora constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
